Getting to know new people is very important. Humans are social animals, We have to be with other people. One reason meeting new people is important is because later on those people might be able to help you out in life. For example, my friends dad is a landscaper and thanks to my friend he gave me a summer job. Another reason is that every person is different. They all have different experiences and different perspectives that you can learn and become wiser from. When I was working with my friends dad one of his employees had barely came out of prison, and he told me all these stories about how life in prison was. He was a pretty small guy so i asked him if he was ever scared to get in a fight. He kind of dodged my question but he told me something that really stuck to me. In a fight the outcome doesn’t matter, he knew he was a small guy but that never stopped him.
